Data Processing Agreement
A data processing agreement is an agreement between a data controller (you as the customer) and a data processor (Uniforce), if the data processor processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.
Uniforce will therefore be the data processor in relation to you as a customer, in connection with the delivery, support, maintenance, and further development of Microsoft Dynamics solutions and/or other solutions related to Microsoft Dynamics 365. See the data processing agreement that applies to your cooperation with Uniforce.
The data processing agreement is prepared based on a template from the Danish Data Protection Agency and is sent in connection with the cooperation.
